Refunds for Digital Products and Courses
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Due to the digital nature of our courses and content, we do not generally offer refunds once access has been granted.
- However, if you have purchased a course but are unable to access the content or encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from benefiting from the course, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Requesting a Refund:
- If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at support@5minuteartsacademy.com with your order details, including the purchase date and the reason for your refund request.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Refund Exceptions:
- Refunds are not applicable if the course has been fully consumed or completed.
- Any issues arising from personal preferences (e.g., disliking the course style or content) are not eligible for refunds.
Returns for Physical Products (if applicable)
- Physical Products Return Policy:
- If you have purchased physical items (e.g., stationery or art supplies), you have the right to return your product(s) within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return Process:

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

- Courses or content that has already been accessed or fully consumed.
Exchanges
